Prime Dealership Equity Fund has been formed to partner with Coleman Automotive to fund the acquisition of other car dealerships across the U.S. to employ the same operational philosophies as have been employed here. This presents a significant opportunity to selectively acquire dealerships with high profit potential. The fund will provide capital to co-invest with Coleman Automotive with a goal of rapid repayment of investment capital back to the fund and rapid expansion by acquiring dealerships with high profit potential.
